Jams & Jellies

Jams and Jellies are the two most traditional and widely used titles for fruit spreads, but what is the difference really? A jam is made with whole fruit pieces and may include bites of fruit, where a jelly is made with a liquid or fruit juice to yield a smooth textured preserve. Both our jams and jellies include a range of traditional and unique flavors, lending themselves to a wide variety of uses. Great with yogurts or pancakes for breakfast, cheeses and breads for lunch, as a meat glaze for dinner, or baked into dessert.
